Breast augmentation can be performed to help fill the lost volume from childbirth and/or breast feeding.  Dr. Tirre utilizes both Saline filled and Silicone filled breast implants.  Some women may also require a breast lift (Mastopexy) performed at the same time as the breast augmentation to help lift the breasts back to their pre-pregnancy position. 

A tummy tuck and/or liposuction will help to improve the abdominal area.  Tummy tuck will tighten the abdominal muscles as well as remove excess skin and fat.  Liposuction may be performed to remove excess fat in the hip, stomach and thigh areas.
